Drill Bit for Plastic

This Plastic Drill Bit specifically manufactured to produce smooth holes in plastics. The special Tip Angle allows for gradual penetration of material and eliminates damage to back side of plastic material. Modified Rake Angle of 0° & Cutting Edge Clearance of 10° produce the smooth chip free hole.

Please Note: When drilling holes for screws, you must make the hole slightly larger than the screw itself to allow for expansion and contraction of the plastic material. If not it will cause stress cracks.
