We employ computer numerical control (CNC) routers with up to 5' x 10' tables allowing us to work with oversized sheets of plastic. With the use of CNC routers we can produce parts that are precise and identical. We can create a single part or a production order of thousands. We work with numerous types and thickens of plastic. Each material has a different physical properties and processing time, please provide your desire plastic material such as acrylic (aka Plexiglas, Acrylite, Lucite);  polycarbonate (aka Lexan or Makrolon); ABS; PVC; etc.

We can open and work with a variety of CAD (Computer-aided design) data files. We use Solid Edge with Synchronous Technology as our primary tool for CAD and prototyping.  We recommend submitting your files to us in a DXF format, as we believe it is an ideal way to present your project for inquiries and consequential order processing. If your concept is preliminary, a simple sketch with dimensions and sizes can be sent to us for evaluation and quoting.

Also we can open and read many CAD files, however, some files can be corrupted during digital transition. To prevent misreadings and make sure we are working with the accurate dimensions we require to send us a "Proof Copy" in PDF format. If it is not possible, another image file could be submitted as "Proof Copy".
